ANNE must not be late to-day, because it is Speech Day, when important people come along, and speeches are made and songs are sung. But the most important part for Anne comes after that, for she hopes to get a prize. How proud she will be when the Chairman hands it to her. She has been working hard to earn it.

There is going to be a more important prize-giving one day, when the Lord Jesus comes to reward all those that have served Him. Only those that have had their sins washed away in His precious blood will be there. Then those that have told their friends about Him will have a special prize, and those that have served Him best will hear Him say "Well done !"

In the Bible these prizes are called crowns. There is a crown of life for those that are faithful unto death, a crown of joy for those that have brought others to the Lord Jesus, and a crown of glory for all that want to see the Lord Jesus in His glory. Which will be yours?
